Right-click or double-click on the Tag Server or use the properties button to
edit the properties.
EnableErrorLog, EnableInformationLog,
EnableWarningLog - Set to true to send messages of the given severity to the
Windows Event log.
LogSourceName - Set the source name for the Application log entries.
Note that the OS used must support the Windows Event logger (sometimes
called the NT logger).
